By purchasing or booking any services provided by Brasil to Brazil (including mentoring, customized classes, or immersion experiences), you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services: Brasil to Brazil provides strategic mentoring for language teachers, customized private language classes, and practical cultural and linguistic immersion experiences. We do not operate as a tourism agency or tour operator.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- Classes and Mentoring Sessions: Any request to cancel or reschedule a session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made under 24 hours or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the session, with no rights to a refund or makeup class.
- CPF Consulting Services:
- No-Show and Late Cancellations: Any consultation session must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) or cancellations made under 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the session, with no rights to a refund or rescheduling.
- Diplomatic and Institutional Restrictions: Brasil to Brazil is responsible strictly for strategic guidance, document analysis, and application preparation. We do not guarantee the approval of the CPF by government bodies, nor are we liable for diplomatic constraints, consular policy changes, or political situations that may prevent the applicant from obtaining the document. No refunds will be issued in such events.
- Scope of Duty: The consulting service is strictly digital and advisory. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit, present, or mail their own documentation to the respective Consulate or Embassy. Brasil to Brazil will not physically transport, carry, or deliver any documents to consular offices or public departments under any circumstances.
- Immersion Experiences (Rio Immersive Experience): If you cancel your booked experience less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the amount paid will be non-refundable due to early logistics, planning, and booking commitments.
- Weather Conditions and Force Majeure: Since the Rio Immersive Experience takes place partially outdoors, activities may be impacted by extreme or unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, Brasil to Brazil reserves the right to either propose an alternative indoor cultural itinerary/dynamic or reschedule the session to a mutually agreeable date. Refunds will not be issued due to weather changes, but we guarantee the delivery of the experience through these adaptive alternatives.
3. Intellectual Property: All educational materials, custom methodologies, lesson structures, and visual branding provided by Brasil to Brazil are our exclusive intellectual property. Copying, redistributing, or reselling these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
